Request deletion of your data

This page lets you ask us to delete the personal data our watch-face apps by
SmartWatchCenter hold about you. It applies to all of our Amazfit and Huawei
watch-face apps published under this developer account.
How to request deletion
- Enter your email address in the form below (and any details that help us find your data).
- Submit the form. Your request goes to our support inbox.
- We may email you to verify it's you, then delete your data and confirm — within 30 days.
Prefer email? Write to smartwatch.assistant@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data".
What data is deleted
- Email address you provided (in-app feedback or this form).
- Feedback / support content you sent us — your message, optional screenshot, and the
device/app info attached to it.
What is kept (and for how long)
- Zepp / Huami account credentials are never stored on our servers. When you use Direct
Sync, your Zepp email & password are sent directly to Zepp to sign in; the resulting
auth key stays only on your phone. There is nothing on our side to delete.
- Anonymous usage analytics (a random install id or a hashed IP — never your email) are
automatically deleted after 90 days. We can delete yours sooner on request if you
include your install id.
- Records we must keep for legal or fraud-prevention reasons, only as long as required by law.
